When you need to cool down from an intense rope scene, what's better than more rope? Nothing! I love being a rope slut and I love working and playing with rope sluts and burgeoning rope sluts such as Mayan Lee. After our rope dance we decided that we wanted to do something stationary, so Michele pointed us at the cluttered stairwell, and we proceeded to make it more cluttered with bamboo and rope. Michele has a eye for spectacular light and this time was no different. The light in the stairwell was gorgeous.

I set up the bamboo poles as a kind of scaffold and strung rope from all points to weave Mayan into a comfortable little web. We rested, talked quietly and let Michele find the images. In other words, we had a great time. I love shooting with Mayan because she has such a calming presence in rope and she truly enjoys herself. That opens up a world of bondage possibilities for the two of us and Michele.
